Processing Time<\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Orders are processed within <strong>1 to 4 business days<\/strong> after payment confirmation.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Orders flagged by our fraud or address verification checks may take longer while we confirm details with you.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, and peak season volume can extend these times. Total time from order to doorstep is processing time plus delivery time.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Remote destinations may require additional transit time. If your address is in a remote area, we will contact you before dispatch.<\/span><\/p><hr \/><h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees<\/span><\/h2><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Free Standard Shipping<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Orders shipped with Free Standard Shipping have <strong>all import duties and customs charges prepaid by Eagle King, already included in the price you pay at checkout<\/strong>. You will not be asked to pay any customs, duty, or brokerage fee upon delivery.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If a carrier ever contacts you requesting an import fee for a Standard Shipping order from Eagle King, do not pay it. Contact us immediately at contact@eaglekingtech.com and we will resolve it with the carrier.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Express Shipping<\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In some countries, express shipments are cleared under a different customs regime, and the recipient may be required to pay import duties or customs fees directly to the carrier upon delivery.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If your destination country is one of these, <strong>we will contact you before dispatch<\/strong> to explain exactly what will be charged and by whom, so that you can decide whether to proceed with express or switch to standard shipping.<\/span><\/p><hr \/><h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. Tracking Your Order<\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Once your order ships, you will receive a <strong>tracking number by email<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tracking information can take 2 to 7 business days to begin updating while the package moves through the first legs of transit. A tracking number that has not updated yet is normal and does not mean the package is lost.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You can also view your shipment status at any time in <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/eaglekingtech.com\/id\/my-account\/orders\/\">My Account &gt; Orders<\/a>.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you have not received a tracking number within 6 business days of your order, contact us.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. Shipping Address Accuracy<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review it carefully at checkout.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Address changes can only be made <strong>before the order ships<\/strong>. Contact us immediately if you need to correct one.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We do not ship to PO Boxes.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or is refused at delivery, the terms in Section 5 of our <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/eaglekingtech.com\/id\/refund-policy\/\">Refund Policy<\/a> apply.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you request that we reship a package that was returned as undeliverable, a reshipment fee applies.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6. Damaged Packages<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Inspect your package on arrival.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If the outer box shows significant damage, photograph it <strong>before opening<\/strong>, and note the damage with the driver if possible.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Report shipping damage within <strong>5 business days of delivery<\/strong> by emailing contact@eaglekingtech.com with your order number and photos of the box, the packing material, and the damaged components.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved. Carriers frequently require it for inspection.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We will file the carrier claim and send you a replacement kit or the affected components at no cost to you.<\/span><\/p><hr \/><h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7. Lost or Missing Packages<\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If tracking has shown no movement for <strong>10 consecutive business days<\/strong>, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If tracking shows &#8220;delivered&#8221; but you have not received the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier facility, then contact us within <strong>7 days of the marked delivery date<\/strong>. We will open a carrier trace.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Carrier investigations typically take 5 to 10 business days. Once a package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at your choice.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8. Missing or Incorrect Components<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please unpack your kit and check it carefully against the parts list as soon as it arrives, even if you do not plan to install it immediately.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Missing components are rare. Before contacting us, look carefully inside the removable foam compartments of the packaging, as smaller parts are often seated there and are easy to overlook.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If a component is genuinely missing or incorrect, report it within <strong>14 days of delivery<\/strong> and we will ship the correct part free of charge.<\/span><\/p><hr \/><h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9. Dealer and Wholesale Orders<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Shipments to authorized dealers and wholesale partners are governed by the terms on the applicable purchase order and invoice, including any agreed freight terms and lead times.
