Refund, Return & Warranty Policy<\/span><\/h1>\n

Eagle King Technology Inc. (“Eagle King”, “we”, “us”, “our”) stands behind the Electric Reverse Gear Kit. This policy explains cancellations, returns, refunds, and the limited warranty that covers your kit.<\/span><\/p>\n

This policy applies to purchases made directly from eaglekingtech.com<\/strong>. If you purchased your kit from an authorized dealer or installer, that dealer’s return policy applies to the sale, but the Eagle King Limited Warranty in Section 7 below still covers your product.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

1. Order Cancellations<\/span><\/h2>\n

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships<\/strong> for a full refund with no fees. Email contact@eaglekingtech.com or text (302) 208-6923 with your order number as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once an order has shipped, it is handled as a return under the sections below.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Return Window<\/span><\/h2>\n

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery<\/strong>, using the tracking record from the carrier as the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a change-of-mind return, but your kit may still be covered by the Limited Warranty (Section 7).<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Return Authorization (Required)<\/span><\/h2>\n

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.<\/strong> Packages sent back without an RMA number cannot be identified or processed and may be refused.<\/span><\/p>\n

To request an RMA, email contact@eaglekingtech.com<\/strong> with:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Your order number<\/span><\/li>\n
  • The reason for the return<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Photos of the kit and its packaging<\/span><\/li>\n
  • For technical issues: your motorcycle year and model, and a short description of the symptom<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with an RMA number and the correct return address.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4. Return Conditions<\/span><\/h2>\n

    To qualify for a refund, the returned kit must be:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Uninstalled and unused.<\/strong> The Electric Reverse Gear Kit is a mechanical and electrical assembly. Once it has been mounted to a motorcycle, wired in, or otherwise put into service, it is no longer in resalable condition.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Complete.<\/strong> All components must be returned.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • In the original packaging<\/strong>, or in packaging that protects the kit equally well during return transit.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Free of damage<\/strong> not caused by us or the carrier.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      We reserve the right to refuse a refund, or to apply a partial refund, if the returned item does not meet these conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Kits that have been installed<\/span><\/h3>\n

      If your kit has already been installed, it is not eligible for a change-of-mind return<\/strong>. Installed kits are covered exclusively by the Limited Warranty in Section 7. If your installed kit is defective or is not performing correctly, contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved remotely without a return.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5. Return Shipping<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

      6. Refund Processing<\/span><\/h2>\n

      1. We inspect the returned kit within 3 business days<\/strong> of receipt.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. We notify you by email of the inspection result.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method<\/strong> within 5 to 10 business days<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Original shipping costs are not refunded on change-of-mind returns. If your order shipped with free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost is not deducted from your refund, except in the case of refused or undeliverable packages (see Section 5).<\/span><\/p>\n

        If your approved refund has not appeared after 15 business days, contact your bank or card issuer first, then email contact@eaglekingtech.com and we will provide the refund transaction reference.<\/span><\/p>\n

        7. Limited Warranty<\/span><\/h2>\n

        Eagle King warrants that the Electric Reverse Gear Kit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 36 months (3 years) from the date of delivery<\/strong>, under normal use and when installed according to our official installation instructions.<\/span><\/p>\n

        What we do<\/span><\/h3>\n

        If a covered defect appears within the warranty period, we will, at our option, provide a replacement part or replace the kit, at no charge to you, including shipping of the replacement part.<\/span><\/p>\n

        What is covered<\/span><\/h3>\n

        Manufacturing defects in the components supplied with the kit, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

        • 1 \u00d7 Wiring Harness<\/span><\/li>\n
        • 2 \u00d7 Gaskets<\/span><\/li>\n
        • 1 \u00d7 Reverse Beeper<\/span><\/li>\n
        • 1 \u00d7 Countershaft Nut<\/span><\/li>\n
        • 8 \u00d7 Extended Bolts<\/span><\/li>\n
        • 6 \u00d7 Small Replacement Bolts<\/span><\/li>\n
        • 1 \u00d7 Push Rod Extension<\/span><\/li>\n
        • 5 \u00d7 Zip Ties<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Optional components<\/strong>, when included with your selected configuration<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Gear Sensor Kit for 2023+ Touring models (required for models equipped with a physical gear sensor)<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Leg Cooling Fan<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Reverse Light<\/span><\/li>\n
          • 1-to-2 Diagnostic Port Adapter<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            What is not covered<\/span><\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Damage caused by improper installation, or installation that does not follow the official instructions<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Damage caused by an accident, drop, collision, fire, water intrusion beyond normal riding conditions, or misuse<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Damage caused by modification of the kit, or by combining it with parts not approved by Eagle King<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Use on a motorcycle model that the kit is not designed for<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Normal wear of consumable components<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Labor, installation, removal, diagnostic, towing, or shop charges<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of use of the motorcycle<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              How to make a claim<\/span><\/h3>\n

              Email contact@eaglekingtech.com with your order number, your motorcycle year and model, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video of the issue. Our technical team will diagnose the issue with you and, if a part is defective, ship a replacement.<\/span><\/p>\n

              This warranty is non-transferable<\/strong> and applies to the original purchaser.<\/span><\/p>\n

              8. Vehicle Compatibility<\/span><\/h2>\n

              The Electric Reverse Gear Kit is designed for Harley-Davidson\u00ae Touring models, 2014 through 2026<\/strong>. Compatibility information is published on the product page and in our FAQ. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that their motorcycle is a compatible model before ordering. Returns due to purchasing for a non-compatible motorcycle are treated as change-of-mind returns under Section 5.<\/span><\/p>\n

              If you are unsure whether your bike is compatible, contact us before<\/strong> ordering and we will confirm.<\/span><\/p>\n

              9. Non-Returnable Situations<\/span><\/h2>\n
                \n
              • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Kits that have been installed or partially installed, except under warranty<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Kits returned without an RMA number<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Kits returned incomplete or with missing hardware<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Items sold as “Final Sale” or clearance<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Free promotional items<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks<\/span><\/h2>\n

                If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. We resolve the large majority of issues within a few business days. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution for everyone. Eagle King reserves the right to contest chargebacks filed for orders that were delivered as described, and to submit tracking, delivery confirmation, and support records to the card issuer.<\/span><\/p>\n
