Welcome to Eagle King Tech. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website or purchasing any of our products. By accessing or using our site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Eagle King Technology Inc., (“Eagle King”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Trademark notice: HARLEY-DAVIDSON® and all related names and model designations are registered trademarks of H-D U.S.A., LLC. Eagle King Technology Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Harley-Davidson. We reference Harley-Davidson model names solely to describe the motorcycles our products are designed to fit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from this site.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or its services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, servers, or accounts
• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or copy content
• Interfere with any other user’s experience
• Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or fraudulent content

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

5. Product Information and Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, images, compatibility information, and prices appear accurately. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and update information at any time without prior notice.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment charged.

6. Orders and Payments

• All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that exceed reasonable quantities, or that come from resellers who are not authorized dealers.
• Payment must be completed at checkout using an available payment method.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store or process full credit card numbers directly.
• Orders may be subject to fraud screening and address verification before dispatch.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. Our handling of lost and damaged packages is described in the Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns, cancellations, refunds, and the Eagle King Limited Warranty are governed by our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Installation, Use, and Safety

This section is important. Please read it carefully.

Intended use. The Electric Reverse Gear Kit is a reverse assist system for Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycles, model years 2014 through 2026. It is designed to help move the motorcycle rearward at walking pace, for parking and maneuvering. It is not designed or intended for sustained travel, riding at speed in reverse, towing, off-road use, racing, or any use other than low-speed rearward maneuvering.

Installation. We strongly recommend that the kit be installed by a qualified motorcycle technician. If you install the kit yourself, you are responsible for following the official Eagle King installation instructions exactly, including all torque specifications, routing, and electrical connections. Improper installation can cause product failure and voids the Limited Warranty.

Assumption of risk. Operating a motorcycle, and installing aftermarket components on a motorcycle, involve inherent risk. By purchasing and using the kit, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for using the product safely and in accordance with our instructions.

Vehicle warranty and regulations. The Electric Reverse Gear Kit installs without cutting, drilling, or altering the structure of the motorcycle, and it can be removed. It is designed as a non-invasive addition. That said, policies regarding aftermarket components vary by manufacturer and by dealer, and it remains your responsibility to understand the terms of your own vehicle warranty. You are also responsible for ensuring that use of the product complies with the vehicle equipment laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

No modification. Do not modify, disassemble, or reverse engineer the kit, or combine it with components not approved by Eagle King.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, video, product designs, technical drawings, documentation, the Eagle King name, and our logos, is the property of Eagle King Technology Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Patent notice. The Electric Reverse Gear Kit is protected by issued and/or pending patents. Any unauthorized reproduction, manufacture, reverse engineering, or sale of a product incorporating our patented technology will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written permission.

11. User Content and Reviews

If you submit a review, comment, photo, video, or testimonial to us or to our social channels, you grant Eagle King a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content in our marketing, on our website, and on our advertising channels, with attribution to your first name and last initial or your public username.

You represent that you own the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove any user content at our discretion.

12. Text Message (SMS) Communications

By providing your mobile number at checkout, in a form, or by texting us, you consent to receive text messages from Eagle King related to your order, customer support, and, where you have opted in, marketing and promotions.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at contact@eaglekingtech.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your text messaging opt-in data and consent will never be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

13. Third-Party Links and Dealers

Our site may link to third-party websites, including authorized dealers and installers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Authorized dealers are independent businesses. They are not agents of Eagle King, and Eagle King is not responsible for the services, pricing, installation work, or representations made by an independent dealer or installer.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the express Limited Warranty stated in our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy, the site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle King Technology Inc., its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, loss of data, vehicle downtime, towing, storage, labor or installation costs, or personal injury or property damage arising from improper installation or misuse of the product.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the product or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eagle King Technology Inc. from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the product, your improper installation of the product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, epidemics, government action, trade restrictions, port or customs delays, carrier failure, power or internet outages, or supply chain disruption.

18. General

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund, Return & Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eagle King.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Material changes will be reflected in the Last updated Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect indicates your acceptance. The Terms in force at the time you place an order govern that order.
