At Eagle King Tech, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be returned in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.
2. Time Frame
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
Customized or made-to-order products
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Gift cards or downloadable software
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@eaglekingtech.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
